  • Context signals: locale, time zone, derived device type, derived OS platform.
  • UTM parameters from the referring URL.
  • We do not collect geolocation, fingerprinting data, or raw IP beyond standard logs.
  • Raw user agent is discarded after deriving coarse device/OS.

2. How We Use It

  • To process pre-launch registrations and send confirmations/updates.
  • To localize communications (e.g., language, send time) and improve relevance.
  • For basic analytics and abuse prevention (rate limits, anomaly detection).

3. Legal Basis & Consent

  • We rely on your consent for marketing communications and pre-launch updates.
  • You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time via support@cultix.co.

4. Sharing

  • Service providers only: Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), and monitoring/logging providers.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • Data is accessed by authorized CULTIX team members only, for the purposes above.

5. Security & Retention

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported by our providers.
  • We retain pre-launch data until launch readiness or deletion upon request.
  • We avoid storing raw UA; only derived device/OS is kept.
