Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of CultiX. The Hebrew version of these Terms is the governing version and prevails in any discrepancy; this English version is provided for your convenience only.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using CultiX ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Platform.
2. What CultiX Is — and Is Not
CultiX is an automated discovery and search engine for nightlife and cultural events. We aggregate publicly available event information from third-party sources — such as ticketing platforms, venue pages, promoters, and community listings — and direct you to those external sources. CultiX is an information intermediary only. We are not a ticket vendor, seller, box office, broker, agent, organizer, promoter, or producer of any event. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or host, run, or control any event.
3. Third-Party Information and Data Accuracy
Event details shown on the Platform — including dates, times, lineups, availability, age limits, and any price indication — are collected automatically from third-party sources and are presented in good faith. We do not create, verify, or guarantee this information. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or changed or cancelled by the source without notice. The authoritative and binding details for any event are those published by the relevant vendor or organizer at the point of sale, and you should confirm them on the vendor’s website before relying on them or making any payment.
4. Transactions Are Between You and the Vendor
Any ticket purchase, booking, reservation, payment, or attendance is a direct transaction and agreement solely between you and the external vendor or organizer, governed by their terms and policies. CultiX is not a party to that transaction. We are not responsible for, and do not assume liability arising from, vendor pricing, price changes, fees, availability, booking errors, refunds, entry conditions, event changes, postponements, or cancellations.
5. Third-Party and User-Submitted Content
Event descriptions, images, lineups, and related materials originate from third parties. CultiX does not author, endorse, monitor, or verify this content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or any claims or opinions it contains. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Intellectual Property and Takedown
The CultiX name, design, and software are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners; we index and link to it and claim no ownership of it. If you are a rights holder and believe content accessible through the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at hello@cultix.co and we may review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it.
7. Age-Restricted Events
Many nightlife events are restricted to persons of legal age. Any age limit is set and enforced by the venue, vendor, or organizer — not by CultiX. The Platform is intended for users who are of legal age to attend the events they pursue.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial discovery of events. You agree not to misuse the Platform, access it by unauthorized means, copy or scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation or security.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CultiX shall not be liable for (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or (b) any loss or damage arising from third-party information, third-party content, or your dealings with any vendor or organizer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits CultiX’s liability for its own willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Nothing in these Terms limits or derogates from any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or any other mandatory consumer-protection law; those rights prevail over anything in these Terms to the contrary.
10. Notice and Correction
If you find information on the Platform that appears inaccurate, outdated, or improper, please contact us at hello@cultix.co. We may review such reports and, where appropriate, correct or remove the relevant listing.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms — without derogating from any mandatory right of a consumer to bring proceedings before a court competent at the consumer’s place of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting liability, jurisdiction, or your rights will take effect on the stated effective date following reasonable notice, and will not bind you retroactively or without notice. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
